Tasha Posted January 30, 2008 Share Posted January 30, 2008 Does anyone know where I can find out how to make lotions from scratch starting with the raw ingrediants and not bases. I want to try it on my own. Right now I am using pre-made bases and adding things like vitamin E and f/o to enhance it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. First one I ever made and it was delish!! Came out perfect. I subbed a bit, think I probably used shea butter.HTH,GloEmulsified Body Butter 15.6 ozs Water 1.5 ozs Steric 1.5 ozs E-wax 7.5 ozs Olive OIl 3 ozs Avacado Butter .3 ozs Fo Black Raspberry Vanilla .3 ozs Liquid Par Optima .15 ozs Vit E .15 ozs Dry Flo I made this in a swap on the whisk and received quite a few requests for the recipe so here it is.
