Kimdles Posted December 20, 2007 Share Posted December 20, 2007 Just trying my hand at roll on perfumes for the first time and wondered if you could use Soy Oil, Cyclo & FO as a combination? mystical_angel1219 Posted December 20, 2007 Share Posted December 20, 2007 FCO is typically used as a cutting agent because of it's infinite shelf life.A roller ball can last quite a long time even with regular use.Soy oil does not have the same properties and I am not sure how well it would mix with cyclo.
