I ground up oatmeal and it is a very fine powder...was thining of adding it to some of my milk bath recipe maybe half oatmeal half milk bath for a good soaking in the summer or when skin is dry & itchy.I have not used oatmeal much so if you all could also tell me why you have to use the uncooked and not the quick oats that would be great! Since I moved and am in new territory the things that sold well where I was don't sell so much here but people are aksing me for things that I have thought about making and have yet to.
