Well, they do smell pretty nice, but when I think of perfume oils I think ALCOHOL which = dry soap to me. It was really nice of him, but I've never even considered using perfume oil in soap. msmeredith Posted November 24, 2007 Share Posted November 24, 2007 Perfume oil= fragrance oil. Same difference unless its diluted. It does not have alcohol in it. NNK Posted November 24, 2007 Share Posted November 24, 2007 Perfume is probably diluted (meant to put on the skin after all), plus if you are planning to do CP soap, you may end up with no smell, IF the stuff is not formulated for CP. bravo5 Posted November 24, 2007 Share Posted November 24, 2007 I'm pretty sure at least some of Madina's oils are cut with DPG. I could be wrong, though- I don't have any proof to back me up. They just didn't seem like straight FO to me. I won't use them for fragrances.On the other hand, they're a great supplier for bulk incense and holders!! If they make me itch, then I'll know something's off.Bravo, they also have a kick butt 3 butter lotion & soap. The mango scent is TDF! It just lingers forever & smells up the whole house!
