it seems I don't. I had found a distilled water/witch hazel room spray recipe- I did not know what to preserve it with. Someone was kind enought to post what some suitable preservative would be- one of the choices was Germall.

I found Germall plus at WSP- but in their description it say it is not suitable for spray or aerosols!

Now I am still not sure what to use! Help!!!

There's germaben, phenoxyethanol, phenonip, potassium sorbate.

I've definitely seen phenoxyethanol in spray/spritz type applications... even for something eye-related, though I can't quite remember offhand what it was. It's available from Essential Wholesale.

The rest you may have to search a little, I'm just popping some options, I'm not too sure if they can all be sprayed. Cosmocil CQ is another very mild option, though it may need to be used in conjunction with potassium sorbate.
