ChrisR Posted November 12, 2007 Share Posted November 12, 2007 Anything that contains water needs to have a preservative. Look at the top of this forum for the sticky on preservatives!! Forgot to add......I know a lot who use the witch hazel formula don't use preservatives, so I guess it's up to you.
