beautifulfeetcandles
Anyone know of a hydrogenated soy replacement? Canola Oil?
Sister Kya
If you need to sub an oil, you can always check out soapcalc and play in there.First, select the oil called for in the recipe. Then take note of the numbers for it, especially in the fatty acids section. Select different oils until you find one with similar numbers and you've found a likely suitable replacement oil.Good luck!(I'd answer the question exactly but 1- it's the "teaching a man to fish" philosophy and 2 - I don't use Hydro. Soy... sorry...)

MasterBaker2
Crisco is PARTIALLY HYDROGENATED SOYBEAN AND COTTTONSEED OIL. MONO-AND DIGLYCERIDES.
