I tested this wax maybe a year ago...I am pouring in the small 8 oz jelly jar and the 16 oz wide jelly jars...I think last year in the small jelly I tested a lx 20 wick and cd-12 , really not too sure...Guess I should write these things down!In the large wide mouth I am testing a large 60 hemp and a lx 30.....will have to let them cure to see where I am on this...any suggestions on wicks for these jars? any help will be appreciated...seems I spend my life testing....tia!Karen Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
faerydust Posted October 26, 2005 Share Posted October 26, 2005 Hi Karen, I use either an LX 30 or Cotton 60 or 62 in my 16oz mason jars depending on the fo. I know this doesn't help with the widemouth. I actually wondered how in the world to wick something a bit larger than the regular 16oz jj..lol in the 8oz i use cotton 52 or rrd47. i really wish i could help w/the wm jars!!!! islandgirl Posted October 26, 2005 Share Posted October 26, 2005 I am finding the CD's to work well for me.I have tried CD wicks from different companies, all burn differently. So size wise this might help as a starting point.cd 12-14 in 8oz jjcd 16-18-20 in 16 oz jar ( Not the wide mouth) Depending on which scent I use.HTH Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
