Sure looks easy enough to get the supplies, so we're going to give it a go..... Can you just add body safe scent to that mixture? And does it have to be at a certain percentage like candles? Melly Posted October 26, 2005 Share Posted October 26, 2005 You need to buy Flavour oil for the lip balms, its usually used at around 4%You can buy the flavour oils presweetened, if you are using one that is not sweetened , you may want to add a lip balm sweetener to it.
