shine
How do you measure your flame height? Do you measure from the surface of the melted wax to the tip of the flame or do you measure from the tip of the wick to the tip of the flame or some other way? I'm trying to get more specific in my testing standards. I use to just document flame height by small, medium, large etc. but I noticed I can be inconsistant in my observations. Also I mostly use RRD's and they mushroom awful. The shroom makes it hard to measure flame height. Thanks for your input,Shine
Stella1952
Good question, Shine. I do not know what is the most accurate, nor if there is a "standard", but I always measured it from where it begins just above the surface of the wax to where it ends at the tip (even though I know some parts of the flame are invisible).
