Clam shells

Thanks. I had no idea what they looked like. They look like cute ice cube trays with covers, so to speak.

I make tarts or as I call them "T'Tots" but not in the "clam shell". Do you individually wrap them or "batch rap" them or "bag them "(drop some in a bag and tie it shut).

How would you suggest pricing them? Per Tart or per bunch or bag?
