I dont do wholesale yet, but have a customer who is asking about buying her tealights in bulk with a wholesale account. She is in a different state from me, so since there is no tax to charge, is there something else legally I need to do. Could I not just sell her the items at whatever price we agree? Does this make sense? I mean there is no special paperwork that has to be done to make it come under the heading of wholesale and if she does not pay tax to me, then do I need her tax ID.
