Packaging help needed

I have read and read threads about different ways everyone packages their tarts trying to get an idea of what I want to do. I think I like the cello bags with the cardstock folded over the top, stapled and a hole punched for hanging. However even though I have read alot about this method for some reason it isnt clicking in my brain what type of bags you use and how exactly you get the paper to look right. I cant cut a straight line. Can anyone help me out here? I love the country look not prim exactly, althought I do like that also, do you think this type of packaging works with that? Thanks alot for any help!
