Anyone else out there have a California Sellers Permit? It sounds like if I just re-sell my items to another California sellers permit holder, then i am relieved from liability for the sales tax and the duty of collecting the use tax. So if all I have is wholesale customers, then I never have to pay sales tax? And if I only use my sellers permit to purchase items that i use to make my final products that i sell, then I never have to pay use tax?
