redjello2000
I am mailing some stuff to a lady in Canada. I have my shipping figured out, but do I have to do anything with customs? If anyone can provide some input on this, it will greatly appreciated. Thanks so much,Beverly S
Lifelace
Hi there, I'm not exactly sure how it works on your end but I do order from the states all the time and see the white forms on the boxes....the post office will make you fill out a form, all you need to put on there is the contents and value I think. When it crosses the border, if it is over a certain amount (like 20$ I think) we pay a % of the value, usually 15% which is our tax here. It's very simple, the Post Office will tell you what to do. sudsnwicks
It's very simple, the Post Office will tell you what to do. That's how I do it. I just take the box to the post office and have them tell me what form to fill out, if any.
