FragileXmom
I want to make tarts for family and friends and of course me. Right now I only have 4794 to work with. Can I use ice cube trays? I sort of remember something about the plastic retaining the color and or FO, so maybe not a good idea. Anyone try this? Thanks.
DatCandleMaker
You can use ice cube trays. If they are inexpensive ones the FO might eat through the plactic. I bought some of the fruit slice ones at Dollar Tree and the FO ate right through them I have some mini metal muffin tins that I use. I only use left over wax to pour tarts with so they work out perfectly. I love the size I get. Good luck!Dat

FragileXmom
Oh! I have some mini muffin tins too that I never use for muffins, I'll try those for tarts, good idea. Also may pick up some heavy ice cube trays and try that. Thank you both for the suggestions.

StacysScentsations(DH)
I was at walmart and got the mini loaf mold. It is red that may be what you were talking about the flexible on. Let me tell you if you our about an inch or so of soap in one of those wait a day and pop right out pretty clean too. Weird shaped bar sorta but not bad.
