soycool
The flat wicks that crackle like a fire when they burn. I know somebody sells them, I cant remember who, does anyone else know? Anyone used these that would like to comment? I need a system to organize suppliers of who has what, bookmaking them does not work so well for me, any suggestions? Thanks Natalie

hexie
i have been thinking of these forever and never act on it cause one thread leads my brain off in another direction.i sell woodwick candles (sold) in my store and everyone wants them, when i had them i couldn't keep them. i don't sell them anymore cause their containers suck, they broke constantly! however everyone loves them so that would be a great candle to get into making. i want to find these wicks as well. here i come and go again! Judy, USMC
I did advanced search for "wood wick supplier". Here's the link:www.candletech.com/forums/search.php?searchid=699776HTH
erinmfritz
Here's the only place I have found them....woodwicksThey have 4 sizes now. I tried the smaller ones and wasn't impressed, I used them in a container that was too large. I'm interested in trying the larger ones when my time allows. suzanneg
that candle with the wood wick looks nasty sorry! it looks like some of the black is in the wax. I wouldn't want that! I have never seen one of these burning in person so maybe it is the way the pic is taken?
erinmfritz
That is how the ones I tried were too, with the black in the wax. I have a friend that LOVES the WW candles so I may experiment some more for her.
