notjustbaskets
Someone? Anyone?????? I know it should be pillar wax but what should I use to blend with soy and how much?
Vicky_CO
Are you going to use a mold or hand roll them. If it is a mold you can add soy but make sure all your waxes going in to the blend are pillar waxes. If you are hand rolling them you can not use soy or palm waxes they are to brittle of waxes to roll.
silkysoycreations
I'm using a 50/50 soy blend wax for my molds and just to let you know I'm having issues getting them out of it without breaking. I haven't decided what kind of wax to try next so not really any help.
notjustbaskets
So is straight parrafin the best? I am hand rolling them.
Sylvie
If you're hand-rolling them, you'll need to use straight paraffin. Other waxes won't be pliable enough. HTH.
Vicky_CO
You might want to add a bit of Micro wax or BW to give a little more pliability.
notjustbaskets
Thank You all. I ordered the IGI 1342 plus vybar. Is this good, I hope.
