katshe
I am having hubby make a 3lb mold today and am trying to get measurements correctI figure with the 3mm liner (craft foam) and shrinkage- w3 3/4" xh 2 1/4-2 12 length 12" cut each bar 1 inch. (3lbs=12 bars)Does this sound correct or close????
RobinInOR
If your height is 2.25 then3.75 * 2.25 * 12 * .4 = approx 2.5 lbs.If you use 2.5 for the height you'd get3.75 * 2.50 * 12 * .4 = approx 2.8 lbs. So that would be pretty close.
katshe
Just refigured thisI need each bar to be 4.45 as shrinking by .45 on last batchsothese are the measurements I will use3.75 x 2.50 x 14.25 x .4 = 53.4 ( 4.45 x 12 =53.4 )
