jennifer Posted June 23, 2007 Share Posted June 23, 2007 If I search http://tess2.uspto.gov/bin/gate.exe?f=tess&state=2706ta.1.1 for a specific name and the result, the only result for the matter shows this Live/Dead IndicatorDEADAbandonment DateOctober 2, 1997at the bottom, does that mean I can use what I searched for without any problems?
