RobinInOR Posted June 15, 2007 Share Posted June 15, 2007 Most of the alcohol,propylene glycol ones I tried didn't mix into lip balms, if that's what you're trying Look at their chocolate flavorings - those are oil based. ruba Posted June 15, 2007 Share Posted June 15, 2007 I went to a cake decorationg comapny out here in Reno, NV and some (Lorann Oils) were oil based others not... just depends on the flavor you are looking at.
