are their votive molds out their where the bottom of the mold is actually the top of the votive, much like a pillar is? and are there different shaped molds for them, other than square? Thanks

These are the only two variations I have seen of votive molds besides your standard votive mold, the square votive mold and silicone molds.

The top two are standard right-side-up votive molds.

The ones below them are seamless aluminum votive molds. Some people use them right side up. You can also get some exceptionally slick looking votives molding them upside down and making the wick hole with a drill press. It's just a pain.

thank you both. with palm wax, I think the upside down votive (with the bottom being the top) would look a lot better. you'd think there'd be more options out there, wouldn't you? thanks again!
