I see them in stores all the time, but one place close to me has them and the girl that was working there didnt know where they were from. Hopefully someone can help. They do not have their entire inventory listed on their website, so you should also call them if you dont see what you need. Their tapers are dipped, but I dont know about hand dipped. Since they make them in volume I dont think they have employees standing there hand dipping them.
