Brenda (OH) Posted May 31, 2007 Share Posted May 31, 2007 On one of my paypal completed transactions the "ship package" option wasn't available. This is the first time this has happened. I need to ship this package parcel post and I can't seem to do it by going to USPS.com. It only gives me the options to ship express or priority.
