Kay
can anyone tell me what happened here? Why did my starburst palm forever turn out like this..its oily too...so thinking its to much F.O..this is a candle I remelted to experiment with votive glass forevers. I added about .25 more F.O. to the already light & poor smelling candle..so thought it would;nt hurt it..its just a testers so wasn't to afraid to do it. I heated mold (like always) & heated wax to 200 (like always)..did nothing different....
jakalex
I am no expert but I would say it is too much FO.How much FO are you using in the palm wax? I have found that 5% is more than enough.

Not sure what happened. Its prettt oily now that i feel it again...probably to much oil
PurpleHippie
I'm still learning with this Palm so forgive me if this is a silly question but other than the oily feel what's wrong with the candle? It looks ok to me.
