lindsaycb Posted October 6, 2005 Share Posted October 6, 2005 I'd create it in whatever program and then save it as a pdf file through adobe. Then you can insert a picture/icon/hyperlink for the form and when they click on it, it will pull up your pdf in a new screen. Of course you need to associate the hyperlink to the photo/icon. Heck, could do it in excel too. Upload that to your website somewhere. Just like you'd upload a web page.On a web page, put a link directly to that document:< a href="whereverIPutIt/orderform.doc">Order Form < /a>Even if they aren't on windows, most people can open up a .doc or .xml file.
