Jadryga
Maybe some chamomile and helichrysum as well? They're great anti-inflammatories. The chamomile in conjunction with the lavender would help with stress as well, and stress worsens everything, really. That's rosemary camphor right? AkainePSP
Do you mean chamomile eo or the herb itself?
Jadryga
For stress, the eo. It's the inhaled compounds (scent) that calms the nerves. The extract's mainly topical.
CBE
Don't forget to add Arnica!! Arnica is da Bomb for relieving muscle pain!
AkainePSP
I actually just ordered some arnica and got some emu as well. Right now what I have made seems to be helping some. So we'll see what happens after I add the arnica, emu and maybe a little menthol. Kelly
CareBear
watch out though, arnica is not to be used on broken or irritated/raw skin. it' can impact the circulatory system so you dont' want to get it into the blood stream.
