NamaNama
I am having trouble finding Anise FO for my M&P soap. Can I use the pure anise oil that's used in baking and if so how much do I use?
kidsngarden
I could've sworn I had seen it at MMS. www.thesage.com look under essential oils.Bethany
Mnhorsemom
I make a fisherman's soap with anise but I have always used anise EO, not a FO.
van_yulay
Hello, yes you can use it from the baking isle. Anything that is food safe is soap safe. Minus some spices, that would be sensitive to your skin. http://www.essentialwholesale.com/product_p/114.htm Essential wholesale has every oil and every eo. I use 3 ounces for my lye soap per 63Oz. For a mp I would think about 1/2 - 1 ounce per LB. It is pretty strong. Monica
Darwin
If it is anise cooking flavoring it may be water based and may not mix withyour soap well, I say give it a try and see how it goes. Keep us posted!
