LaVida
http://www.atrsupplies.com/bailjar.htmI'm thinking about buying!
OutlandishLady
Just an FYI, I am currently working up numbers to do another co-op on these. If so, I will be able to get a lower price (around $3 per jar, maybe less). I'll post a guaging interest thread as soon as I get a shipping cost, hopefully today. LaVida
I ordered from the site, but I'm sure I will need more. Thanks for letting us know....
HeavenScentU
Those look very nice. I will have to think about those. Hmmmmm!!
sockmonkey
Paying $3 and up is just too much to make profit off of your products in my opinion.I found a place that has them, but they require a minimum purchase of 2500 or 5000, but they were only $2-something a piece. You would think people who have been paying $4+ for them would like to take advantage of it and get twice as many for their money.
OutlandishLady
I don't know about you, but I can't afford to buy 2500-5000 of these at once. Even at around $2 a jar. I've also found that many customers are willing to pay a higher price for elegant packaging, and I do still make a nice profit. It also helps to sell a refill package (nicely done in a silver zip-lock/heat seal type bag), so they can re-use the container.
LaVida
that's an excellent idea. I never thought of the refill package. Where can I get the best/cheapest silver pouches?
OutlandishLady
I get mine from Kangaroo Blue, I like them as they have a clear back to let you see what is inside. Many suppliers carry them, in a variety of colors, some w/o the clear windows.
LaVida
how much do these hold. KB doesn't specify....
LaVida
disregard, I was looking at the heat seal sample pouches...
Crafty1
Excellent refill idea Malinda. You're right, packaging is key, if the product looks good it will sell and most people have no problems with buying a great looking package.
cbv1
I got mine from GloryBee Foods. 12 -18oz jars for $23.95 but they are glass. They also have a note about quantity discounts.
