Zencart help???

I am about to lose my finger licking mind trying to figure out how to install the zencart on a friends webserver. I have all his information and still about to just kick his www. completely off the web for good. How in tarns nation do install the bugger and why in the world do I have setup a MYSQL and i have the exact information and it still won't accept his information. They don't have anyone you can call, emailed them a week ago, he's breathing down my neck. I swear I would rather be playing in my butters and candle wax, but no i have to mrs nice pants and help people. *crying* help me please how do i get this cart to work. I'm drawing a blank here. lol & crying at the same time.

did you try the FAQ or the forum? When I was having some trouble, I got help fairly quickly witht he forum at www.zencart.com
