Angie W Posted March 6, 2007 Share Posted March 6, 2007 I'm test burning today zinc core in gel. I have one wick that is (the best way to decribe it) shedding metal shavings. I have never seen this happen before. Thought it was kind of weird. I have another one buning with the same wick and jar different fo and it is fine.
