ladysj
I was wondering if anyone has/uses this software for their label designs. Pro/cons, likes, dislikes. TIA
Connie
I have the Gold 16. Its the only program I use for labels and brochures. Have never had any problems with it.
erinmfritz
I have used PrintMaster Premier for years. It is very easy to use. I'm not familiar with the gold but I'm sure it is good. The only problem I have now, is trying to go between the Printmaster and Publisher.
TxSioux
I use PrintMaster for everything. In case you're not aware, graphics & fonts are copyright protected, so they can't be used for commercial purposes. Doubt you'll ever get caught, but it's something everyone should at least be aware of.Susan.
MissMary
If you use your own graphics you are safe. I have no experience with this program, but many fonts are copyrighted so I used this site:http://www.acidfonts.com/The fonts are not copyrighted and are available free. (Only the site design and graphics are copyrighted.)These all work with Microsoft's fonts. Download and unzip to desktop, go to Start>Control Panel>Fonts, then drag and drop and voila! It should work in any program that uses MS fonts.I use them on the labels I plan on making, but don't use on websites. If the people who visit don't have them installed they won't see the words.ETA: I think you can only download so many per day due to bandwidth, unless you pay for the 10 bucks a year 'contribution'. If that happens, just wait til the next day and you can get more.
