Tarts

Hi Everyone,

I made my first tarts today using ecosoya pb. I used 1lb wax and 1 ou. fo and some dye chips. Is it okay that they dip a little in the center? Is this a bad thing? I poured at 120 degrees. I was wondering if they have to be flat across the top. Does this happen to anyone else?

I've had it happen sometimes with mine, but they still looked fine. I dont make the tart like melts any more very often, once I started clamshells I have used them for the most part.
