HeavenScentU
a company can sell candles in a 4 pk. 20oz. ea. for $19.99. I was at the store yesterday and found these for sale. These are made here in the US. Unbelievable. The candles had very little scent and were kinda fake smelling fruit, but the kicker is the scents were fruity and the jars had a floral design on them. Where are people getting paraffin wax, jars, wicks, and scents so cheap. Did I miss the sale of the century or what?
Vicky_CO
No they are buy in huge bulk. The saving you start to see when you are ordering truck loads of stuff is unreal.
Janette
Just because the candles are made in the U.S. doesn't mean that the wax used was as well. I was approached a few years ago by a fellow candle maker who imports his wax from China. He offered to sell wax to me, and said it was 30% less than what I pay for wax here in Canada. I declined his offer as it is important to me to buy Canadian products rather than something imported from overseas.Janette
Nodtveidt
The two small-time chandlers we met with here in PR also had their parrafin wax imported from China, and they were able to sell it to us for less than we could have it imported from the US.
