Does anyone have a clue?? TIA Kimmer:confused:
Candle Man
The container could be painted with black spots and poured with a white candle.
prcandles
Or they could be black chunks up against the glass with a white overpour.
creativegems
Or it could be polymer clay stuck to the inside of the glassware.Janet
