MP question - not staying mixed

one pound SFIC Goats Milk MP Soap with 1/2 tbsp each of:

golden shea (melted)

EVOO (infused with stinging nettles)

Calendula oil (soy oil infused with calendula)

Vitamin E

so a total of 2 TBSP oils to 1# MP

I melted the soap in a double boiler, and separately melted the kapanga (golden shea) then added the oils to that to warm them. Then added warm oils to the melted soap base.

Firstly, I never melt my oils and butters seperately for my MP.. just a quick trick that works for me.. I have a seperate Presto pot that I use for MP soap. Everything gets tossed in the pot together and melted together! You don't have to do this, but it saves a few steps!

Secondly, just stir the hell out of it, and go ahead and pour it in your mold. I bet ya anything it will soak right back into the soap and you won't even notice a separation. But if you do, the more than likely culprit is your OO. Where you are using such a teensy amount of it, I'm guessing it will be fine. I wouldn't use anymore OO than what you have though. IT's seriously one that doesn't mix well in MP, but when it does, it slowly incorporates.. it's a strange one.
