This is probably a dumb question, but will soy wax continue to harden over time so that it would need a bigger wick say 8 months from now or will the same wick size work that one tested in the first week? I have read that some on this board have had it happen that some candles did need to wick up after a long period of time. Not all, but some. I think there's a question about whether the wax really burned or melted differently over time or if a different season/temperature was the issue.I took out a CB-135 tester this weekend that I made almost a year ago. The surface was frosted and the wax had swelled to gobble up at least half the wick, but once the flame got going it seemed to burn and melt normally. Maybe another product would be different.
