Purple Lilac
Anyone been playing with the mica's and oxides from the coop? Today I tried the brown oxide and the copper mica, to early to tellyet but they sure look pretty.
Scented
No, I haven't. I need to get to these. There are a wide variety of what looks like purple I seem to have overloaded on to help close a few of those orders. Never again lol! I have enough to last me decades I think! (And not enough scents to go purple on ack!)
Purple Lilac
Once you start using them, they go kinda fast, the trick is using them, I am kinda partial to purple
Michi
Oooh I can't wait to see what you did with the copper!! I also rec'd the copper, it is BEAUTIFUL!!Scented, I hear ya, I got a couple of extras just to help close them out, and I'm thinking what the heck am I gonna do with all these reds!!?? LOLYou said you don't have enough scents to go with purple.... I feel like I don't have enough scents PERIOD that are even soap worthy. :undecided I guess I'll just start using everything up that I have, whether it matches colors or not, whether they're good soapers or not, just to be able to make soap. ??Hey, did anyone use that shimmer mica yet? I got a bit of that (wish I would have gotten more now that I've seen it IRL), and it is GORGEOUS!!

Sherie
I haven't tried mine yet. However, I've heard some have had trouble with the colors morphing. Knowing that in advance, I will be doing 1 pound test batches to be safe. We need to keep this thread at the top and post our results. Bunny
Why not split that one lb batch into 3 oz dixie cups with a little colorant in each to see what the color morphs to?
Sherie
Awesome idea Buns!!! I didn't even think about that. I haven't used dixie cups before. Do I just let it set up in the cups?
