lsbennis
Has anyone tried the new 70/30 soy/para blend yet from TN Candle? I wonder how it will compare to GL's 70/
SheilaW
I've been wondering the same thing. May have to buy a sample to test.
lsbennis
I was thinking the same thing...was just hoping someone else may have tried it but it is still so new that it might be a while before we get any feedback on it. :undecided
SheilaW
I see that you are also from FL My initial thought was that shipping might be cheaper, and it is, but only by $3.00 and the wax price is the same. Oh well
lsbennis
lol....I did a price comparison also...I guess it is just too much to hope that a big supplier would open house here in FL :undecided
SheilaW
lol....I did a price comparison also...I guess it is just too much to hope that a big supplier would open house here in FL :undecidedThere are a few suppliers in FL that offer straight soy and I found one that has soy, paraffin, and palm wax but the price on the palm was almost $40.00 more per case than from Candlewic:shocked2: I bought a case of the GL 70/30 from the classifieds and it was almost as much to ship UPS from Miami as from Texas ( to central FL ) so we shipped parcel post for a third of the cost. I'm afraid that shipping cost is what is going to kill this hobby of mine.
