PamR Posted November 17, 2006 Share Posted November 17, 2006 Ok, I think I have the right forum now, lol. I use md gel in a few of my pies. I was wondering if the hd would be 'stiffer' to the touch. When I ship my pies, I actually put wax paper over the top of the pie and tape it to the bottom. PamR Posted November 18, 2006 Author Share Posted November 18, 2006 I can see where that might work, but these pies are going into stores, so I can't cover the top up. I shrink wrap them, then tie with wraphia, which works in most cases. Sometimes the filling of the pie gets a little tall, that's when the wrap actually comes in contact with the wrap.
