ally1086
Ok I just got my samples and I really bought them because of the names. But if I am going to use them I have to come up with different names right since they are trademarked? Anybody have any suggestions for the Blackberry Jam Butter Cookies and Cinnamon Glazed Blakavah(whatever it was called)thanks for any and all help! diamondk
you can still use those names....I have a question now. If you use the names do you use the TM on your labels too? TIA
aswan01
You only have to use the TM or name followed by the word 'type' if it's a manufacturer's trademarked name, NOT if it's a supplier's fo name. If that were the case, every name would have to be TM'd. Suppliers sell their fo's expecting you to use the name.
