jade
Is there anything I can do to make the fizzing process of my bathbombs last longer when I put one in the tub? My recipe is:1 cup baking soda1/2 cup citric acid1/2 cup cornstarch2 Tablespoons of Jojoba oil or SAOI spray them with alcohol or witch hazel when I take them out of the mold.THANKS
cindym
I don't think there really is, maybe what you are looking for is a bubbling bath bomb, in which case you would add slsa.
RobinInOR
Maybe try a bit more citric. I wrote down once that the optimum weight mix of baking soda to citric is 3 soda:2 citric. So try 1c soda to 2/3 c citric. The oils might be killing the fizz a bit too, might try reducing that a little.Though I know how finicky these recipes are, they aren't easy to change once you've got them down
CareBear
All I can think of is to make your bombs bigger and pack 'em tighter.
