Soy candle tin container question and more

Hi all, I have done alot of searches, and I have a few noob questions-

I am a noob, I wanted to know if a tin can has to be special for pouring soy wax into. I will be pouring at 95 degrees F.

I bought a pint sized tin with a lid; it was at one time for Sheer Bliss Vanilla Ice Cream, at the thrift store for .50 cents, and I want to mix dye chips, maybe 1/2 ivory and 1/2 yellow dye and add cream brulee FO to it and pour the wax into the tin...

The tin has 1 seam which overlaps, and a lid. The wick would be an eco 8...

The eco 8's came with 12 8 oz jelly jars in the kit, which I personally think are not at all attractive.

I am searching on what to buy next, more FO's, some nicer jars, and some smelly jelly supplies maybe, are smelly jellies worth making?

I have 100 bucks to spend, and have been researching certain suppliers like mad, trying to figure it all out! This is just a hobby for me, I have found it to be very theraputic after working two jobs (one job pays for the supplies!)
