Paulette
This is made with Astrolite F. Poured about 155. See how the top does not have the design and there are some cracks on the top too. Can anyone tell me what I did wrong. Thanks Paulette

creativegems
Paulette I can't answer your question but I made one also that looked similiar to yours. I poured wax to keep the glass down and ended up with the top being a darker color than the rest. I didn't like it at all and remelted with a holer so all the candle would be the same color and have the same look.Janet
wvcandlecrazy
I have been looking for a mold something like that~maybe even a round one, can anyone tell me where I might find one!!Sue Ann
SheilaW
I get that when the mold has some cold spots. Did you warm the mold first? ( hitting it lightly with the heat gun would work ) Also I pour at 200.
Paulette
Thanks for the reply. I will try to pour alittle hotter. Janet- I used skewer stick to hold it down. I only had to hold about 5-10 min. Sheila- I will try hotter. wvcandlecrazy - I just used a reg square mold. 3 inch. I tried the round but the square has alittle more room on the top for the tealight.
