HeavenScentU
I am getting ready to sell the square votives and I am wondering how well they sell and what is the going rate. They weigh just a little over 2 oz. but I never see them anywhere. I think they look so cool and think they will sell well but why doesn't anyone sell them? idahospud
My guess would be, it is hard to find square votive holders. I love to make them too.

justme
I like the look also but haven't made them. Do they fit in a regular votive holder?

CC on Maui
My WalMart sells a square votive holder. I mention this only because I think if you want to sell these votives, you should also market the holder. JMHO.I sell square pillars in the 2x3 and 2x6 size, and they are very popular. I have to believe that votives would be also. However -- that said -- votives require a holder for burning, unlike free-standing pillars. idahospud
That exactly was my biggest fear in selling them, that the buyer wouldn't burn them in the appropriate holder, even when I had the square holders for sale. I now sell some just poured in the holder itself.
gingerinarkansas
I found some square votive holders at Dollar General...1.00 each and I've been filling them with container wax. They hold 5 oz. of wax...haven't sold any yet...still in testing stage. They are Libby brand and very heavy. Ginger
