Wick size for mason jar??

Help quick please! In process of figureing out a order for supplies. I'm using mason jars to test out wicks. Unfortunatly the jars dont say what size they are. I think theyre just average sized mason jars. I got them from walmart. maybe 10 oz? Fixing to order some of GreenLeaf's 70/30 and I need to know what type and size of wick you all have had the best results with??

for us to help you, can you give us a better des. of the jar like like demensions and how many ozs. but even then, we can only give you a general idea, its diff for every fo you use, give us a better des, and well go from there:cool2:

Yup, I start my wick testing by measuring the diameter of the jar, so I'd need to know how wide it is, and if it stays a consistent width or has dimensions that vary significantly.

I use GL's 70/30 and I use the 8 oz. Square Masons. GL has them on their website. If thats them I use mostly ECO 8's in that jar. Some really heavy scents I have to go up to an ECO 10, and a few very light scents I have to go down to an ECO 6. ECO 8 is a good starting point for testing that jar. If thats not the jar, then maybe you can give us a link to a supplier that does carry the jar so we can get a good idea of size. HTH!
