Carol M
I was just looking around their site and was surprised to see their scenting recommendations. They suggest scenting at 2% and say that 1 tsp fragrance per 8 oz wax makes a very strong candle. Are their oils really this strong?
pixisprkl
I have tried 2 in 100% soy. The garden mint and flower shop. Now I was a "newbie newbie" but I used 9% fo load in ezsoy and the garden mint had a medium throw. Same with the flower shop. I still have some flower shop left so I will have to try it in my parasoy.Hopefully some others can jump in and give you more info.HTH
Carol M
Hmmm:rolleyes2 Doesn't sound much like their idea of a 'highly scented candle' is the same as ours, does it? Thanks for the info.
topofmurrayhill
I know someone who only uses the strongest FOs and he recommended a Pourette scent to me. I don't buy from them because they're on the opposite side of the country from me, but I'd reserve judgment until trying them. Poor throw in soy isn't the final word. I have kick ass scents that don't throw in soy for anything.
Janette
I have used a number of Pourette's scents and use them in the same proportion as I would Peak's or Nature's Garden's. They have a nice Sandalwood.JanettePS-I'm working with paraffin, not soy.
