Wick Question for Square Containers

Recommended Posts

I found some cute containers yesterday at Dollar General...real heavy and made by Libby...$1.00 ea. They hold 5 ounces BUT they are square. Container is 3" tall, 2 3/8" across, 3" corner to corner and taper down to 2 1/8" across at bottom. I've never used square container before so where would I start as far as wicks go. I have some cd (mostly for votives) but several zinc wicks. I use J223 wax and usually 1 oz. per pound on oil. Any advice? Ginger

Sounds like the square jar walmart has, been talked about on here before so if you look in search, you might find some help on them, i got the small one and the large one , just never did get them to burn like i wanted them to, so i just set them aside, someone was putting 2 lx 14 in them. i love these jars and hope to get back to them.
