smellywax Posted September 14, 2006 Share Posted September 14, 2006 Have any of you had any problems with items from Freund Containers and try to get is resolved? I ordered some bottles and their suggested lids, and the lids are much bigger than the bottle and look nothing like the photo. I also bought bottles and their suggested pumps to go with them and the pumps are not long enough so people can't get all of their product out. I called customer service and she really wasn't that helpful and I told her I could email her photos so she said to email her and she would take care of it. Their customer service and order takers have no clue what they are doing & I refuse to place an order over the phone with them.I would call them and insist that you get a personal rep to deal with your orders.
