I have alot of request for these candle baskets this xmas. I am doing really well with making candels but could some one send me pictures or ideas for these baskets. I want to make them nice but I know I cannot break the bank and go over board when filling them. Are votives and there holders also a good idea? Thanks in advance

I have no idea what I want to spend on one. I bought baskets and glue gunned some christmas fabic into it and was wanting to customize them as far as scents and that sorta thing. Do tart baskets sell good? Somthing like putting a tart warmer and some tarts or tart chunks or should I just do candle only xmas baskets? Im very new to this basket thing. I just want to make good baskets but not charge a uncommon price. :wink2:

I just did one with a 4" Pillar and 3 Votives and a cute holder, the basket was from Dollar Tree just a round one and I filled it with that crinkled shredded paper and Shrink Wrapped it...

I forgot to take a picture...(I do that all the time, I'll never get my website done...lol)

My Customer Loved it :D

What would be a good price on a basket like that?

How about themed baskets, based on scent?

Hot chocolate scented melts, tealights and a candle with a burner. Add a Christmas mug filled with a few packets of hot chocolate.

Egg nog: same, but add a nice cup and an egg nog recipe.

Christmas tree scented melts, etc, with ornaments instead of the mug.

Sugar cookies, with a plate and a few cookies, or a recipe.

There are endless possibilities!

I don't recommend putting food in a candle basket.

A banana nut bread candle, baking pan and a recipe.

Burner, tarts and tealight.

a seasonal votive holder and an assortment of votives.

candles made in seasonal coffee mugs.

a pillar with a mirror to set it on decorated like an ice skating rink.

anyone else?
